LHASA APSOS
Lhasa Apsos are small but sturdy dogs, with their long
coats reaching the ground. In their homeland of Tibet, they are used as inside
guard dogs, calling the much bigger Tibetan Mastiffs if intruders came by.
We kept a couple of examples of this breed for
about 20 years, but keeping show coats became difficult with Mary's arthritis,
so now they are just a fond memory
Although she is now deceased I think our most successful
show Lhasa deserves a mention
